What could be different if, with confidence and self belief, you were able to focus on the good stuff in your life. The things you want. The vision that you have for yourself. The clear goals and values that you have. If what we’re doing is becoming upset, complaining, talking about how worried we are, all of those sorts of things are fuel to the fire to keep it burning in an unwanted direction. When we start to become solution-focused what we need to do is to focus on the bits that we want instead and by doing so we give that more of our time and energy, which then causes that particular entity to grow more fiercely and with more energy than the thing that we want to avoid.
If you wish to overcome challenges and take control of issues that may be holding you back then you need to stop focusing on the problems but on the solution - stop looking at the path you have travelled in the rearview mirror and keep your eyes firmly fixed on the road ahead.
